Client also agrees to treat as confidential information any information of SIA JEFF Group obtained during the course of their use of website and/or the Application, including but without limitation, the identity, loan products, and services offered by the Lenders and Financial Service Providers, as well as any information pertaining to SIA JEFF Group, its business, its operations, its processes, its affiliates, SIA JEFF Group’s and its affiliates’ shareholders, directors, officers, employees, advisors, and agents. Client hereby undertakes to hold all confidential information in strict confidence, and not directly or indirectly disclose or permit to be disclosed any confidential information to any other person or entity.
